Ambitiouz Entertainment rapper, Emtee has been the butt of mean jokes and severe roasting across several social media channels. Social media platforms went into a complete meltdown after the “Roll Up” star mistakenly flashed his penis during an Instagram Live session
Emtee immediately realised his gaffe and even said “I hope ya’ll ain’t see my d**k by accident” after that. However, the deed had already been done as eagle eyed fans had made screenshots of his privates, which immediately went viral with many fans making fun of the trapper.
Now, Emtee has come out to apologise for the misstep. He told TshisaLIVE that he was very sorry and that it was a big mistake.
“I was in the toilet and answering fans’ questions on Instagram live. I needed to pee but without thinking I used the same hand I was holding my phone while I was doing my thing and used the same hand to flush. I didn’t even think about it until I realised what I had done and I immediately apologised. I was like ‘oh, no!,’” Emtee explained.
While the “ Ghetto Hero “ is very well aware of all the reactions generated and the mean comments being made about him, he says there’s not much he is able to do at this time than to let the storm generated by the whole fiasco to subside. “I have seen the reaction and I am not sure what I can do about it or how to justify it. I am aware of what they are saying about me.
I am sorry and there’s not much else I can do. I am a soldier so I will weather this storm and just see what happens.” Emtee said. Even though Emtee insists he didn’t flash his manhood on purpose; being the trending figure in SA did bring some positives amidst all the negatives.
The Matatiele-born star whose real name is Mthembeni Ndevu has now seen his recently released sophomore “Manando “ album shoot through the roof to the top of SA iTunes charts. Controversy does sell, you might say. What do you think about Emtee‘s currently trending controversy? Kindly share your thoughts and opinion in the comments section below.
